1 small frozen banana slices (I like to cut ripe banana up and keep in a freezer bag for smoothies, keeps them nice and chilly)
If you don't have frozen, no problem, use what you have!
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup or so of milk
Pumpkin purée (1/2 cup) or
cooked down pumpkin (not raw) start with a few spoons full and up to 1/2 cup to taste
(When cooking something for kids that's new I always start with less of the new ingredient to make sure it's not too intense)
A couple dashes of cinnamon or even better pumpkin pie spice
A couple spoons of maple syrup (if you don't have it use pancake syrup :)
A handful of ice cubes
Add a little sugar to taste if you like!
Put everything in a good blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
